For the scenario you provided there is only one way to beat your opponent... be better than him.

The 2 guns you metioned operate nearly identical to each other. As do most stock AEGs. This isnt a FPS game, Someone isnt gonna win because they have the BFG and all you have is a shotgun.

Do a forum search on the term "best gun" for more explanation.
