Its snowing out and I got off work for the night so I figured I throw up some pictures of my 416. I've got a COMPM4 inbound but Gunner has had in in processing for the past week.

I'd recommend a Magpul AFG instead of a hand stop, but other than that, it looks great. Question though, why a peq box and a crane stock? Is the stock just because you like the look of it?

AFG is uncomfortable for me and the way I hold the carbine. AFG also doesn't allow me to use a pressure switch on both sides properly, which will be important for when I run a light. Crane stock is for functional comfort and a battery. And the PEQ box is for its functioning laser.

Pretty happy with this as a base gun. Might have to get a 14.5 version as well once I finish buying the accessories for this one anyway.

looks nice, but didnt you already have a CA 416? How do you like it.

Also had a VFC at one point. I go through alot of guns. I like this one the best so far. The giant AGM logo is kinda lame but I'd buy another one of these before a CA or VFC again.

Pretty nice 416.

Id go with a different flash hider, like a Noveske or JP.

And id go with a Insight M6X Laser Unit over the PEQ box.

I just really don't like PEQ boxes so thats just my opinion lol.

I have a King Arms/VFC Hybrid 416 and I love it, just need to pick up a new stock.

It has a King Arms lower and a VFC upper and front end.

hmm handstops seem to be the incoming fad been seeing alot of them lately, looks nice though.

AFG seems to be the fad, haven't really seen much of those KAC handstops except on RS guns.

Yeah it sucks on 416's though you can't have a pressure switch on top because the raised RIS/upper unit.
Magpul should really update the AFG to have a pressure switch placement...

Yeah. Haven't seen too many hand stops around. I love them though. Used pretty much every grip there is and none were an improvement over just holding the gun as if it were rail less M4. The hand stops make sure my hand is in a perfect position each time and the rear most one cradles my hand a bit. Not to mention it was like 9.50 for both of them.

The current flash hider isn't my favorite but the suppressor it allows me to QD is. Going to end up with a SOPMOD-ish kit tailored around my needs when its all said and done.

And for ME the AGM was a better option. Not trying to belittle anyone and their choices.

My optic is finally inbound so I'll have a picture in natural light with that some time next week.

Looking sharp! I love the 416 family, then again I am a huge H&K fan.

Looks great! I've always liked the PEQ on the side of the gun, but whatever works for you I guess.

I def like that 416 better with the suppressor.

And I'm not a big fan of AEPs but that Glock doesn't look half bad.

Painted my 416 with the trendy snake skin look the other day. Neither happy nor mad about how it came out. I just painted it because I prefer the look of worn paint jobs anyway. Going to naturally wear this one with use.

I think the paint job makes it look a whole lot better, I would paint the inside of the dust flap tan...

Added a CAA grip and E-mags.
