Does anyone know of a large-type 9.6 volt battery that will fit in my ICS AK74? I'm having trouble telling if any of the ones I see online will fit in my stock, as my 8.4 has it pretty filled up. If you have this gun and use a 9.6, maybe you could help me out...? A link would be much appreciated.

Well I own an Inokatsu AK-74M, and most AK's have around the same space in the stock basically same space available in the butt-stock, and from experience with my own gun and other AK's I've tried out large type batteries cannot fit in the stock. Around 1-2 cells will end up sticking outside the stock and will be tight fitting also, barely leaving any room for the wiring. So yeah unfortunately nothing more than a mini will fit in the stock. Your best sticking with a mini 9.6V 1600 mah which is the best Ive been myself been able to find for my AK. Otherwise if you do want a large type, your best using an external battery pouch on the gun or on your person.

Only G&G AK stocks can fit large 9.6vs, since their stocks are a little longer then the RS stocks to make it so that you can use a large 9.6v
