I was wondering, what do you guys think would be the most solid AEP, doesn't have to be fully auto.

probably TM's glock18c as it has the highest amount of spare parts available..

I personally like the M93R's more than the G18c. I own two of them. They have the same internals and a longer barrel. That gives me a tad bit more accuracy and fps. The Glock and USP are good when it comes to finding accessories like holsters. The M93R is a b!tch when it comes to finding a holster that fits. You have your choice of the Glock 18c, HK USP, Beretta M93R, Beretta M9 and the Sig P226... All come in varying degrees of quality from Tokyo Marui to CYMA, Jieke, TSD, Well and DE.
