I use three marui hicaps for my TM G18C. I also use the prolight. I have the rail adapter and shorty silencer as well on a different slide so I can QD the stock slide for the slide with silencer.
The hicaps are actually very easy to store. my chest rig happens to have a radio pouch long enough to hold them. I just had to make a wider flap for keep the mags from falling out. but I found out recently that I can just stick the thin part of the mag into molle straps. My chest rig doesnt have molle straps (it is the universal chest rig from eagle industries) But any other type you can just stick them in. You put them in upside down. so the thin part goes point down, like a knife, into the molle strap. here is a pic of my police getup for a cqb game in philly. you can kinda make out the mags on my chest, on my left side.

Pretty sweet load-out Solscud. How much money have you spent for your MP7, like the accessories, not including the gun itself? that was all just stuff I had left over and stuff I swapped from my other guns. Like the red dot. I only have one red dot that I swap from gun to gun. The battery box was only $20 bucks. I had to get the Laylax battery adapter. I think that was $20 as well. and then the MAG mid caps were like 18 bucks for three. |

I'd like to see some pictures of your G18c. Yours sounds almost like mine. I use a CYMA G18c with rail system, Red-dot holographic sight, M3 light and I glued the thread protector to the inside of a M4 flash hider as I didnt like the look of the thread protector on the rail. When I use it as a primary in CQB, I usually have 4-6 hi-caps available.
I usually have another G18c thats stock in a thigh holster with 6-8 spare magazines (I usually put 3 mags into a standard pistol mag pouch). I also make sure I have a magazine dump pouch to drop the empty mags into. I also have a WELL MP7 that I'm getting used to. However, I only have 4 lo-cap mags at this time. Need some hi-caps and will then use it more often. |

Well MP7 with 30mm red dot on top rail, microlight on side rail, low cap mag in the gun, 6-100 rnd mid cap MAG mags in drop holster on the leg.
That's in CQB where I am using it as primary. When I am playing in the field, I lose the red dot and the microlight, and sling it behind me while carrying the M14 or the G3. -------------------- -THE Paisley Pirate- <=== Read at your own peril

3 extra batteries 5 MAG midcaps 2 little MAG mags 1 Well std. This is for CQB as my primary. I hold the little mags in my pistol mag pouches, and the bigger ones in my AK mag pouches. For CQB I go simple belt rig. For open field, I have it in my holster, and I only bring 2-3 mags with me. |

What holster do you use, I want something to fit the MK23... huge pistol. for some reason, it fits my 16 year old hands perfecto. You might consider trying the Ehobby Mk.23 specific holster. It works, but the fit is very loose, so much so that I am almost concerned that the Pistol will fall out. When you holster it without the LAM though, and seal the two sides together, it fits like a glove. I feel like I may just be using it wrong when I have the LAM attached. My AEP loadout before I sold it was: CYMA G18C 2 Standard Mags It was a backup rather than a primary, so I traveled light. |

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the drop-leg rig that he uses to hold his 6 mag 100 round midcaps. The ehobby mk23 specific holster is actually pretty quality gear for the price. I used it before and there was room for my monster upgraded mk23 with LAM, 2 extra mk23 mags, and the large battery for my primary. Item num is 270213575788 if you want to check it out, it's only $20 shipped(or something around there) |

I carry my CYMA 030 in a BHI thigh holster, with three spare magazines in the single mag pouch on the holster. I just got my BHI Serpa Holster for my TM G18C I had to modify it a little with a dremel to get the G18C AEP to fit. As well as to get the AEP Hicap to fit. I wore this all day at work to get a feel for how it sits as a drop leg. I cannot remember a more comfortable platform/holster. all drop legs that I have used shift and pull down on my belt. but this dual strap system distributes the weight better. I like the ergonomics of the Holster paddle retention system. Your index finger slides over the switch and you push it as you pull the glock out. very natural feeling. Also it is nice since it is hinged with a spring, you can return the glock to the holster and "click" it snaps back and holds the glock's trigger guard. Compared to normal holsters where there is a snap retention strap and a button. but if you want to holster your pistol, you need to fiddle with the strap which usually requires you to redirect your attention and two hands to operate. The downside to this holster is the fact that it cannot accomodate a tactical light mounted to the glock. BHI has made a "Level 3 Serpa" holster that can fit a tac-light. however it is proprietary to their "Xiphos" Tac-light. according to customer service at BHI they will not come out with a holster to fit a M3 style light until 2009. Because I cannot use my Tokyo-Marui Pro-light (which powers the gun) I will need to use stock batteries for now. But I plan to find the tactical battery lanyard for AEP and run an external battery. I plan to have a second mag holder for the back side of the holster but im still debating whether or not to get it. This is due to the fact that a mag will get in the way of my hand. I will need to play with the arrangement of mag holders and design my ideal setup. ![]()

Carry my Cyma 030 in a drop leg holster. The magazine compartment in the front of the holster can fit 2 extra mags and an extra battery. (instead of one big gas pistol mag). I slide them in sideways. Of course the gun has a battery and mag as well already inserted. I do the same with my DE M81 USP aep. My DE has been heavily modified using cyma glock parts from a broken 030 gun. I use these as sidearms. I carry a primary AEG. Typically I wont even use the AEP, but it's there to fall back on. If I were to play a pistol only skirm then I use a gbb if the weather is warm. AEPs if it's a winter match.

![]() Here is my newest addition to my TM. I had to mess with the compensator to get it to fit. I actually got it to fit around the thread protector. Now I can screw it on and off whenever I want. This post has been edited by Dodge: Feb 1 2009, 11:39 AM
