Anyone who breaks rules in the Photos and Images forums, will have no excuse, and may receive no warnings. That being said, these are the rules and regulations for any posts made in the Photos Forums:

1.) Relevance: Photos must be on topic, IE relating to airsoft.

2.) Inappropriate images:If posting in the Girls in Airsoft forums, post with common sense. No lude or crude pictures will be tolerated. No nudity of any kind. Breaking this rule WILL get you banned immediately.

3.) Image tag limitations: The forum is set to only allow using 5 sets of image tags per post. Therefore, in THESE FORUMS ONLY, If you have more than 5 photos to post, you MAY double post within reason. Because of this, some of the Photos and Images forums are set to not count to-wards post counts.

4.) The great trigger finger debate: As you may know, several people, myself included, are very anal about having trigger fingers off the triggers in pictures. This is based off of a matter of safety and of portraying an image of professionalism. SO, when taking pictures of yourself or your team, remember this. Obviously, this "rule" does not apply to Action shots or role played action poses. Breaking of the "Trigger finger rule" will not result in any punishment or action by the moderators, BUT you CAN expect to be ridiculed by members of the forum :)

HOW TO POST PICTURES

We Prefer that you use the "File Attachments" feature, which can be found at the bottom of the posting window. This way, the images will always be here, as they will be hosted at our forum. To save our disk space, please keep your image file sizes under 100K each. Those that get attached that are larger, could possibly be deleted by an admin, and you will be asked to re-post them at a smaller file size.


Browse for your picture on your hard drive then click "Add this Attachment" to add it to your post attachment list. Once you have all the attachments listed under your post window, you can use the "Add into post" button to insert the images where you want them. Just place the cursor in your post window, where you want to image attachment to appear, then click the "Add into post" button for that image.

Then when you submit your post, it will automatically create a thumbnail for your image, and place it there.

Posting of pictures can also be done using the forum's "bbcode" image tags. To do it this way the poster must arrange/provide web hosting for his/her own images. Many free web hosting services do not allow use of their hosting as image servers. So if you are using these such providers, and your images wont post properly, you will have to find other hosting options. (You can contact admin for cheap web hosting plans)
