I just bought an airsoft two pack with a pistol and an assault rifle. I hasn't shipped yet but I bought some ammo with it. The guns are crosman and the ammo is UHC. Will my gun fire those well?

I can say from personal experience that buying good BBs pays off. My very first airsoft gun, a JG 614, eventually stripped because of BB shavings. When I took it apart, I found black parts of BBs all in the gearbox, and my barrel even got clogged once because of Crossman BBs fracturing. At minimum, I'd suggest TSD, but I personally use G&Gs, which are still the same price as other suckier brands. G&G BBs come in lots of weights and colors, and don't have any type of film on the outside, absolutely no seam, and they never break.
