I know that nimh batteries discharge themselves, but how long exactly does it take for one to completely discharge after use? BTW, I have a 9.6v 1200mah battery.

Will you notice very easily when the battery starts to go dead? Because it's not good to let to totally die due to the fact that it might totally die without shooting properly and having the spring half compressed. I mean will the sound be that drastically different that you'll think "Oops, time to charge" or isn't it that different?
