I just got the classic army m15 a4, and the bottom rail that can be removed with the pullback of the delta ring easily falls off due to the delta ring barely sliding forward. I remember a few months ago when I went out on the field there was a guy asking if anyone had seen the bottom rail to his classic army m4. is this a common problem and how do I fix it?

I've never had that happen to me. I owned a CA M15A4 RIS for about 3-4 years. That sounds odd.

push your front post ring and your front sight further inward, and possibly try getting a stronger delta ring spring.
