Hello, I have taken the gun apart and the gearbox, because I had a problem, well I had two problems. The first problem was that the gun would fire but not load bb's, air would come out but no bb would be loaded. Then the whole gun seemed to jam you could hear the motor trying to move but it couldn't so I disassembled the gearbox. When I opened it in a bag it exploded! I put it together but I found this little broken piece of metal, I think this could have jammed the gears after it broke. What I want to know is where this piece goes and if its the reson for the bb's not loading. The part of the gun that is yellow, it's behind the barrel and almost has a mini piston and cylinder thats made of yellow plastic. I believe this is meant to load the bb's by being pulled back, but when my gun fires this does not move. If I move it with a screw driver backwards it loads a bb. that's odd... I wouldn't mess with it too much, send it back to the supplier.

I would agree with you, but I'm pretty sure opening the gearbox nullifies the warranty.
