I recently picked up a bottle of Madbull .36 sniper bbs from Airsoftgi, these are my results.
At least 90% of the bbs had the same imperfection (a single small crater on the bb) and swirls in the bb plastic. Shooting with the bbs lead to laughable results with the bbs going in strange spiral paths or a direction that bbs were never meant to go. I have a feeling that it's a bad batch of bbs, but for now all I can say is to avoid them until someone else receives a good batch. ![]() The bbs have eyes, and they see you. That one between the F9 and F10 keys looks funny.
Any idea what the "GUARANTEED" on the bottle really guarantees? |

This can happen with any bb. This is an Airsoft Elite bb I've gotten once: The thing is, is it supposed to happen with every bb inside of a bottle? A friend of mine has some Madbull .36's, they've all been fine.

I bought a jar of madbull .3 gram bb's. A few weird bb's were in the jar (claw marks somehow), but the rest were fine. I cut a few in half and saw no airbubbles. Mine all fly straight with no noise. I really don't under stand why they are accused of being so terrible, mine were more than satisfactory (after a good washing, that is). I might have just got a lemon though.

I guess on the subject of defective bb's, the last two bags of KSC .3g I have recieved have had both obvious seems and nipples. They can be easily felt just by rubbing your nail. They were very innaccurate in all of my guns. I have found AE bb's to be supurb but they do not make anything higher than .28g.

It seems what has been happening here is a result of quality control issues in the Madbull and KSC factories.
Some batches are good, some over oiled, some with pitting. Those holes you have observed are injection nipples from the molds. The swirls are normal with these BBs. I don't know if they are a "good" thing but I bet that they are a result of the materials used to boost the weight concentration without sacrificing diameter/size. This could be bad though as it suggests that one color is one material and another a different material. The uneven distribution of these materials in the mold could mean that the weight of the BB is offset. -------------------- ![]() Tux's M324 V3 Info Thread | Tux's M14 Project | My Stuff for Sale Sniper: SWAMP Brigade Airsoft - www.swampbrigade.org, Waycross GA Help make a mass order on Bioval .42g BBBT-REX BBs! |

my KSC bbs are terrible.
last bag of .2's had seams on every single round, and after putting them in my uninstalled EDGI barrel, you can see the bb actually contacts the inner bore in two places (where the seams are). same with .25's. and they're not consistent, accuracy wise. -------------------- -Member of team Onyx

My batch of Mad Bull bios is perfectly round, but I'm not sure about their non-bios. G&G bbs have always been perfectly round too in my experience.

Keep in mind how old the original post is, from what I've heard Madbull corrected the problem already and recalled the defective bbs.
I sent mine back and got a refund. -------------------- ![]() When in deadly danger, when beset by doubt, run in little circles, wave your arms and shout! FS: Updated Active Braking Mosfets, MP7 stuff, Multicam, Gas Inlet Valve O-rings, and more. |

Yeah my friend picked up two bottles of them about a week ago. They have no seems or no injection nipples and feed perfect.
