Ok so thats what im looking to buy. A full set of MARPAT Woodland Camo.

http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/images/tac_f...w_front_jpg.jpg

Would that vest work good for that set of camo. Please tell me. I need help deciding. I know the vest is black but the MARPAT camo is tricky you see, for I am slightly color blind and this is why I need some peoples opinions. ALso I usually play either at night or during the day in woodland area.

Thanks

I wouldnt buy Tru Spec, it fades very quickly.
I would go with a Cyote Brown or OD Green vest if you don't want a MOLLE vest. But that black should go with it well, MARPAT has some black in it.

Go with od or tan, black sticks out horribly.

this vest http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/VEST104-683-1842.html seems tight arse! it has everything u need including a hydration system... which is much better then a canteen because u just bite the nozzle and suck... I plan on getting this vest next month, along with a good bdu set... but I cant find any good marine digital camo sets!

South African Assault vest, eh? They're pretty good vests. Real MARPAT isn't supposed to be sold to anyone except Marines, and all the knockoffs suck. Have fun trying to find some...

Its actually fairly easy to find the real MARPAT on ebay. I bought my set on a forum with garrison cover and issue boots for 135.

That vest sucks.

Fox Outdoors is your best bet on knock off MARPAT. Or e-bay for the real stuff.

If you gotta have a tactical vest for whatever reason....

I have both those vests. The one made by Leapers is UTG and they are both fine, but thefirst one will not let you carry enough mags. The UTG has six mag pouches easily reachable, as well as a shotgun shell/mag pouch. BTW, the designated mag pouches don't fit most GBB mags. Although the other one is a great sniping vest, if you have less than like 8 mags. It does have alot of pouches and its good for Milsim because you can fit a MRE in it :)

well, I like my vest choice more because you can always buy those little mag pouches that fit almost anywhere, also, I really love the bladder system those use, that system is great for hot days when ur on the run! and if ur using a high cap mag, no need for 6 mags when u only need 1 or 2 mags. price doesnt really matter since its only 10 bucks. the other is a good vest for quick assualts, but I tened to need a vest all day.

I had that vest before it came with the free bladder and before I even played airsoft. I found the mag pouches small and poorly placed. (Like on the shoulders) And the two pouches on the side much to large and again poorly placed. And I had to saftey pin the adjustment straps to keep them from moving.

heres the vest I have, yes the guy pictured look VERY stupid, but ive had not trouble with it, unlike weskers experience, the adjustment straps stay in place very well

http://www.airsplat.com/Items/AC-APP-CO-547B.htm

when buying tac vests I always try to go for cheap, makes me feel better when sustomizing and remaking parts of it, for exapmle, on that vest (and any shcep tac vest for that matter) the radio pouches are small and I had to redo part of it so it would fit...

maybe u should get a smaller radio david, but the OD UTG tac vest is great, you can change out the crossdraw for 3 more velcro double M16 sized mag pouches(included) I recommend it, looks great on MARPAT too :)

Ok first off do not get a black vest. Try cb,od,tan, woodland, tri desert. Also do not get fake marpat. Why not just get regular issued woodland or maybe some flecktarn?
