I currently am a Cadet at The Citadel Military College. I am currently training to become a Navy Seal. Which means I PT three times a day, six days a week, every week.
If you want something, I mean really want it, you will do anything to get it. You must learn that quitting is never an option, you push through it. Pain will end, when you quit though... It will stay with you for the rest of your life. When failure rears its ugly head, don't let that demotivate you.
