Hey yall, I was going through the Nazarian gun recognition guide and I found the Serbu Super Shorty shotgun. Shotty. I started thinking, this could possibly be my dream sidearm in an airsoft match. Soon my hopes and dreams were crushed like someone would crush a cockroach when I realized "Crap, there isn't an airsoft version of it." So I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to mod existing guns into the Super Shorty, or is my only option modding a real steel version...

TheGreek Shotguns have a very very difficult mechanism inside so I guess only the best air/gunsmith can do it. If you think that you can convert it to shoot bbs by putting other mechanisms from springers, then you are far far away.. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to mod a real steel version. But I was wondering what airsoft shotgun has a reciever the most similar to this one. Because, from there I could use after market parts or even real steel parts to mod it.

An extremely cut down m870 is probably your best bet. A spring shotgun is a better candidate for an extreme chop-job than a gas one IMO.

TheGreek Ha I clicked your Shotty link before I finished reading your post, and was like that'd be SWEEEEET. Then I watch the flash presentation and thought, "that's a lil loud for an airsoft" lol. bummer I highly doubt you could mod an 870 spring into one of those bad boys, not without some SERIOUS cut down and you'd lose so much accuracy. What I'd do is try to put cut down parts of an 870 on a pistol and start from there. Good luck! -------------------- 3rd party airsoft brands, woooo!!!! An extremely cut down m870 is probably your best bet. A spring shotgun is a better candidate for an extreme chop-job than a gas one IMO. That would make sense. But, what brand do you think would be best to use? I was also wondering if real steel Remington parts would fit any of the spring M870's.
