Hey guys, new to the sport and looking to get a nice shotty for when we play CQB...
looking at them they have single shot and 3 shot burst... What are the advantages / disadvantages of each? I would assume I want metal but I am not sure about that either I am looking for something with decent power around 300+ I like the looks of a full shotgun rather than the stubby look but I don't know if they are good for CQB.. any advice would be great! The 2 im looking at are http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.ph...oducts_id=29678 and http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.ph...oducts_id=31213 anty advice on those? Let em know! Thanks -Kyle |

I'd go with the 3 shot. It has the firepower and strength. Ive heard that you can accurately shoot it, but only expect one of the bbs to hit the target. I would suggest looking on airsoftGi where the have an exccellent selection of cheep single shottys, to expensive, high quality shotguns.

The tri-burst shotgun is probably much more skirmishable than the single shot version.
The tri-shot's pump action is a bit stiff and takes a little bit to get used to. After you get over that, the tri-shot capability is a very handy tool in that it is often just point and shoot. The single shot has higher FPS than the tri-shot, but only shoots 1 bb at a time. Additionally, from what I have heard, the build quality on the tri-shots is better than the single-shot Ultimately, it boils down to price-range and personal preference; I would recommend the tri-shot over the single-shot unless you are on a strict budget. Hope that helps! |

Personally I would get the tri-shot..especially for for cqb.
The only problem is tri-shots will spread a little at longer range. -------------------- |
