Extremely nice pictures my friend.
I have a similar set up for dropping water into a glass. Its quite impressive the results you can get.
One thing I would reccomend are 1 or 2 external flash's that can be remotely triggered. I use nikon, and as a professional photographer I own multiple flashes, which are helpful because you can set them up at different angles and get those droplets to really shine.
If you don't mind, I may try a similar setup once I get my hands on some water-baloons, and ill take somepics of the setup.
