The cylinder/nozzle assembly doesn't go forward fully when the pistol is cocked. This causes the cylinder to slam forward when fired, simulationesly loading and firing the BB. However it expels most of the air by the time it is chambered, so the BB's simply roll out of the nozzle. Anyone have any ideas on this?? --------------------

Could be the seal (is that what you meant MS?) is ripped or worn, jammed etc. So, does it cock correctly? is there a audible "click" when you side the slide forward?
