this is an extreemly ameture video recorded (by a cell phone) by my friends little brother. I am in woodlan BDU and taking off in the begining of the vid. john is the tall pale red-head and andrew has the thompson (I don't think he is in this vid) this video was taken before we were named the RED SPADE SOLDIERS and before we had quality primarys.

HERE is the vid

here is a question: how do I mount a cell phone on my person (or gun)

I am curenty saving up for a decent camera.

Dude this reminded me of Cloverfield, and how it gave me a headache due to motion sickness, but it's a good start. I personally wouldn't use a cameraphon to record games, mainly because the vid quality, shakiness, and the fact that your phone could get damaged in the process. I wouldn't put a camera on a gun either, since you wouldn't be holding it still most of the time and wouldn't get a good shot because of that. Your best bet for mounting a small camera on your person is to attach it to your helmet. You can find helmet cams for cheap on ebay, and they're probably a great deal better than what you have at the moment.

Keep up the work though, I'd love to see where this might lead off.

Links broken bro. Can't really recommend one in particular. I remember seeing one at Target and REI (the sporting goods store) for about $100, I wonder how good the quality would be. Also, do you use anything to edit your videos, or do you just use the raw footage? I used to be a film student in my first year of college, so I might be able to help you with making your videos. PM me if you have any questions, and have fun shooting your vids.

maby sometimes I'll throw in some effects for special videos, but for the most part, we would like to show raw footage. I will check sporting good stores and places like best buy for one. but first I need a helmet! unless I can mount it on my head!

If you have a vest, one thing that I did is cut a circular hole in one of the magazine pouches and drop your camera down in there. When you turn it on the lens should be sticking out of the whole and it would be very hard for a bb to hit it because it's just about the size of a quarter. Mine's never been hit.
