Hi guys, this is about woodland tictacs (as the title says) It's based on the idea that you have a 2, 3 or 4 man team.

I'll first give some really basic, but extremely 'good-in-use', tactics. Then a lsit of easy hand signals.

Basic Small Unit counter-contact,
When one the teams members sees or is being fired upon he shouts CONTACT. Team leader moves to a certain spot which provides good cover etc.
all members join him in a straight line towards the enemy, all firing supressive rounds.
Now its up to the team leader what he wants to do, he can either shout PEEL, or KILL.
In the case of peel, the team preforms a leap-frog action. One member runs a short distance back while others cover, then this memberr cover the next one as he runs back, and so on, so on...
In the case of kill, the team leader (and in 4-man teams also support rifleman) moves to cover and surpresses the enemy, while 1 or 2 (depens on team size) move around the flanks of the enemy. No need to be stealthy, just have 1 base of fire location, and runners go around both sides.

Hold your arm up with your hand flat

Hold your arm up with your hand in a fist

Swing your arm round with your hand flat
04 - Spread out and take cover
Swing your arm round with your hand in a fist

Point at desired location with flat hand

Point at desired point with your hand in a fist

Describe a half-round circle with your arm towards the enemy, hand flat

Tap your head

Hold your hand in a fist and then open your hand

Point team member, put your thumb and index finger together, point target
11 - Fire
Hold your hand in front of your throat and move it

Put two fingers to your eyes and then to desired location
13 - Hostiles Located
Two fingers to the side of your head, then to hostile location
14 - Go, Go, Go
Hold your and up with your hand in a fist and move your arm up and down
15 - Do this in...
Open and close your hand, give number desired action, give desired amount of seconds
16 - Countdown
Hold out desired amount of fingers and close them one by one
17 - Understood
