I'm old. I have a damaged back to help me feel it.
I'm a steamfitter - After about ten years in the field I found my way into the office environment, and since 2001 I have been making coordinated piping system drawings for fabrication and installation. Before that I used to install and test piping systems.

I'm also a United Association Instructor - Two nights a week, after work, I teach AutoCAD for the Steamfitters Local 602 (of Washington D.C. and vacinity) Apprentices and Journeymen.

Cooking & Grilling (&even baking) is great therapy for forgetting a mispent youth. I'm inspired by my young children and spend as much time with them as I physically can. I manage playing pickup soccer once a week - very carefully until I get healed up (I was good dammit), but I love to ride my (1985) V65 Magna (VF1100c), and I can still jump a little on the (1985) Husqvarna 125xc & soon hope to get something tat is easier to find parts for!

I generally test the limits of any vehicle I've owned, cruise Usenet, play with electricity & electonics, swap out Gen I small block 350's, cut things that get in my way with chainsaws (mom wouldn't let me have one), make stuff, break stuff, fix stuff, play with car stereo and "other" audio equipment, & tweaking PC's ....

I have been married to the same woman since 1997. She generally approves of my behavior...

Of course I like guns, own a few, and recently have discovered airsoft...other hobbies are on hold currently!
