For me it was when a bunch of newbies tried to sneak up on us and steal the clips out of our guns???????

HAHAHAHA!!!!!

Well last weekend we had 3 kids with spring rifles on a milsim field try to "snipe" my guys. So we just rushed them. I got 2 kills and my other friend got one. Another sad day for backyard airsofters.

along that line when we where at a local CQB shoot house a guy came around the corner with a p229 so I ejected his mag and dissembled his slide before he could finish getting around the corner (is quite proud of him self)

this is what happens when you have no life you spend your time dissembling guns so much you can do it in combat >:( FML

and mag stealing is not hard you just got to be quite

Mine was this kid sneaked all the way around the map I was playing on. Then he go behind us( the team I was on) and said bang,bang,bang,bang ( thats the rule we use at the field I play at when you get to close, Just like surrender). Our whole team was spread out and Like 10 of our guys were like 50 ft away from him. Then he says" I GOT ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!" but he was way to far so we just unloaded.

this kid tried to use a cattle prod (a long stick with a sharpened tip) to get us out. Before he got within ten cattle prods lengths to us we unloaded.

Me and my team were playing a small game agaisnt some jrotc kids and their tactic was to walk in a line shoulder to shoulder totally exposed. It didnt work out for them.

Kid tried to snipe with crosman lpeg
failed and tried to knife me (with p90 in my hands) with a SPOON!!!

Dumbest or funniest?

For dumbest, countless times when the OpFor camped and easily opened themselves for flanking or easily left cracks for us to break. Also the Newbie tactics of "cowering in the corner when 1 BB comes" in a bad tactic too.

Funniest? All throughout the Iwo Jima OPs at a local field where people did banzi charges usually resulting in only 1-2 people charging or a good amount of people charging and eating it instantly.
Froggy: "BANZI!!!"
Marines: "Oh :pain: Frog's charging again!"
Froggy: "Ah :censored2: hit hit hit! dammit stop! Ah!!!! My balls!"

Good times...

One of the dumbest I saw went something like this.

-Guy pinned down in a trench
-Guy decides he wants to rush and shout Leeroy Jenkins
-Guy stands
-Guy shouts "Leeeeerooyyyyyy!!!"
-Guy continues to just stand
-Guy appears to have severe ADD
-Guy gets lit up something fierce
-Guy quietly and downheartedly says "_{Jeennnkiinnns....}" to himself as he walks back to spawn...

Wasn't the opposing team, but I went up a hill with an M79 with one grenade left and yelled '' FOR NARNIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!''
Turns out there wasn't any gas in the grenade and there was a trench on top of the hill with 10 people lined up with support weapons.

An epic death followed.

Well we were doing a 2x2 match on another team, it was me (my MP40) and my friend (Dual pistols and a dragonov sniper) against the other team (A walmart shotgun and "DlCK'S sporting goods M16). the match started and they decided to hold up behind some small ( like 4 ft evergreens) trees. thing is we set mines there! so me and my sniper buddy were just watching them, they tried to "dissarm" our mines and what do we see 5 seconds later

Actually event timeline

Shotgunner: "I think I got it"
M16er: "oh shi...
*POP* the mines went off and you get the idea

Second tactic

It was a 2x1 match and I was the "lone wolf", well I sneak around to their western flank and a firefight ensues, about 5 minutes later... one of them calls a cease-fire because they can't reload! I got out of my cover and commanded the only sniper with ammo to get on his knees and then I got the sniper with no ammo to call himself out, but I wanted some fun so I "executed" the other sniper needless to say it was epic pWnage. I didn't get shot 1, they were both killed 3x each.

first I was playing a a pretty big match(20x20)and when it got to about 4x4 me and my friend hear someone screaming in the distance and it got louder and louder the I see this kid just running at us with a grenade in his hand and he yells kiss my a** d***heads and throws the grenade as hard as he can the grenade hit a tree right in front of him bounced and smacked him in the face so hard when the match was over he was sitting on the bench with an ice pack and a bloody nose.

number 2 is one time I was playing against this kid in a 1v1 sniper round and I had my fully upped l96 and he had one of these http://www.hobbytron.com/SpringTacticalAK4...AirsoftGun.html (I love how high the scope is lol)and this ghillie http://www.combathunting.com/GHILLIE_SUIT-...IE_SUIT_LG.html (not even a ghillie) so were playing and I catch a glimpse of his gun in the corner of my scope and I gues he saw me so his big plan was to jump up and flick me off then try to run as he was flicking me off I took a breath and fired I watched my .3 ksc smash into his finger and he started to cry(hes 14)but then he got mad and tried to aim and shoot me so I took another shot again I saw the bb but this time it blew clean through his gun and he tried to fire but he couldnt he got so mad he jumped up and broke his gun in half on his knee.I love Newbies

The AFJROTC here does that. I tell them not to, but they say it looks cool and other crap. This is the reason why I don't like AFJROTC anymore. Just straight up retards in there like as if they're everything. Anyways, they did that at the last game (I was on the opposing side as to not be retarded like them) and 5 out of their team of 11 guys were out in a matter of seconds.

I got a REALLY funny story about the opposing team......................they tried to snipe........................(crickets)

Some guy from the OpFor snuck into this one building and started pinning us down. We advanced on his position, only to find that he left. Kind of annoying.

One time me and my buddy were walking though the woods behind enemy lines. We were a sniper team. I was the spotter. As we passed by this big oak tree we failed to notice an enemy was about 10 feet up in the tree. As we walked by he tried to climb down. Turns out he slipped and came crashing down. Scared the S**T out of us. All and all we all started laughing and he wasnt hurt. Later figured out he was new to airsoft.

yesterday when I was playing with some cheap walmart springers. the other team decided to rush me and my "squad"(yes it is possible for a backyard group to have a squad lol). it was like the battle of gettysburg. we stood up and all you heard was "ow' "f@$%" "WHAT THE H#LL"

My funniest moment? Must've been the time I got Somali-rushed by 20-something CoD kiddies while I was defending an objective.

They didn't know I just had my Inokatsu Mk43 upgraded to 430 fps (w/0.2g) at about 1100 RPM. My girl's KWA M4 was shooting about 395 fps and 1000 RPM that day as well.

My girlfriend and I ripped the lot of them apart at a range of about 50 feet. First time I've seen a "body pile" in airsoft.

a fat kid had a craptastic $80 snipe rifle so he ran out from his cover into the open and just laid down in the open no cover or brush or anything he got hit like 50 time bywhile lying down he just kept shooting and laying there, it was a lot funnier in person

Few members of the opposing team decided to pop smoke to conceal movement. While continuing to carry the smoke. Easy enough to aim at.

Ok I am gonna admit that taking mags out of guns is a pretty good tactic in cqb I have only done it once when my brother ran at me with his firepower glock so I took the mag out!!!HEHEHEHHE
The only thing was when those kids came at me it was in an open field no cqb, it was kinda strange like a banzai but I gave those kids some props cause they ran at me from at least 100 feet away, it wasnt a good idea but those kids were fearless, so I told them they got guts and I gave one my sidearm,:)

I have never seen a body pile ha that must have been funny!

Heres a recent one. My two freinds who play some game called army of two or something, thought it would be a good idea to walk around back to back ( they looked more like they were rubbing butts), and were promptly mowed down.

Lol, Kids tried to sneak up on our sniper (He wasnt ghillied), they did happen to get the sniper out, but the instant after our ghillied spotter got them out..

Win.

Not calling hits, and rushing someone while getting mowed with an entire midcap from 10 feet away while not returning fire at all. Happened to me at ACQB last Saturday, and I almost feel sorry for the guy. I wonder if he played connect the dots later...

Almost forgot about another time. Took place at the same field as my last 'incident,' but a couple weeks beforehand.

The scenario had just ended, so my gunner buddy and I were walking back to the safezone. This ginger kid with a rental AK jumps out of the bushes and charges us, firing wildly the whole time. I look at the kid, look at my gunner, then we both level our M60s and rip into him with about 1000 rds apiece. The odd thing is that, after being shot so many times, he just kept on running at us. We kept on shooting him until both our boxmags were dry. By the time we were done, he was about 10 feet away and a bloody mess.

We found out later that this kid was some 15 year old punk, an avid paintballer who thought he was hot sh!t. lulz ^_^

One of the dumbest tactics someone has tried on me:

We were in a field (not an airsoft field, but like an open grass field), about to leave the game. I was using my KWC Colt Delta Elite because I lent out my Crosman to someone who didn't have a gun (this was before I got my new gear...)

So my pistol runs out of ammo, and I wait for a while and think the game is pretty much done. So I stand up and start to load my clip (I wasn't using a speedloader at the time). I hear this guy yelling 'Take a hit! Take a hit!'. I turn and see someone running up to me with a loaded C02 pistol. They could have just tagged me from a distance, but no... this guy wanted to do something "stupid" for a change.

He must have thought I was just gonna stand there and let him shoot me. So I slam this partially loaded magazine into my pistol, pull the slide, and hold it tight. This guy keeps running towards me yelling 'Take a hit' and when he gets like ten feet away I turn and shoot. Hit him in the torso area I guess. He flinched and said something. So I turn to leave and I hear this 'pop' 'pop' 'pop' sound and feel these hard smacks come from behind. He shot me from like fifteen feet- after he was already hit.

Has to be up there on my list of the dumbest tactic the enemy has tried on me.

there were like 20 of them trying to sneak up on this one guy hiding in the woods where he was defending and I yelled ALRIGHT LEZ DO THIS. LEEEEROOOOYYYYY JEEEENNNKINSS and everyone actually followed me :D

When some newbie says "follow me!" and tries to make an offensive, only to end up getting hit about two seconds later.

Alright, this was during a medic game today. Medics have 3 lives, 1 for every 5 players on a team, 3 heals per person, Blah blah blah. So one of the medics has the great idea to run knife only. You read that right, knife only. Me and him are the last ones left on our team, both of us medics. Only one thing could follow: he did a Leroy Jenkins charge, I pulled an Allah Akbar with a Thunder B.

We were playing a zombie type game (only the zombies had guns), and when there were only like 5 of us left (out of about 15 so 1/3 of us were left). We were setting up defense on top of a hill and the zombie moved up a hill below the one we were on. We saw them coming and said, "Why worry?". We thought that their stupid plan would fail except that we got talking about zombies and our zombie plans and that sorta crap so much that I randommly noticed myself get hit in the knee and a looked up and there was the other 10 people all gathered around eachoter laying down fire like I've never seen.

Sigged.

There is a mock airfield that my team (Green BDU's) are to defend, and we normally had one or two squads there. It is in the open with fields around it, and to the North a hill covered in trees. A few dirt roads go past it. Turns out, our CO called all 200 of us to the airfield for lunch. This was the same time that Tan thought they could overwhelm the "few squads" at the airfield, to get a direct route to the town we are defending with successful capture. I'm eating when the CO yells from the tower "A tan deuce is coming in, get ready!" So I get on my gear as 20 tan in their deuce roll up right by the airfield and start jumping out the back as the 20 tan in the tree line are to cover them. Let's just say 40 tan vs. 200 green with SAWs up in a tower is not a fair fight XD

Ya, I did get shot 2 seconds later, but we also only had 5 minutes left and there was no way we were gonna win unless I did that, so please don't call me a noobie because I knew what I was doing

Opposing team? No idea. People on my team? I've got two interesting ones:

Our team is on a big wide road leading towards some brush where the enemy is. We can see each other, but we are out of range. So the guy in charge on our side has a few guys hide in the brush along the road and advance towards the enemy. As a distraction, he has the rest of us line up shoulder to shoulder and march toward the enemy, firing at them. I can't quite remember the rest, but it didn't go very well for us.

Me and a few other guys are at the safe zone hanging out, while some others are on the field practicing. One guy thought it would be funny to go and attack the others, so we gear up, and he leads the charge with a spring revolver. Me and one guy separate from the rest, so we aren't too sure what the result was. I'm not actually sure the guys practicing knew more people walked on the field.
