I was looking around the site on making air rigs and I knew how to make them for a while now... I really wan to build one but having the clip always hooked up to a gas tank doesnt really sound that awesome.... so I was wondering if I could put this (link below) on a HPA tank and call it good.... please have some input on this I need some info on what you think. thanks!

No good. your mag doesn't work that way, and neither does HPA. HPA is just high pressure air. If you filled your mag with 120psi of high pressure air, your first shot would be fine, but the next would be...maybe 10 psi. then nothing. You'd have to charge the mag for each shot. That would really suck.

I feel your pain. I had an HPA rig with a coil remote hose hooked up to my mag and it was kinda annoying. Plus the HPA rig is big and bulky, and mine was pretty heavy too(steel).
So I made a 12 gram CO2 rig with the exact same parts(minus HPA tank and tank regulator, plus 12 gram co2 charger), and I keep it in a mag pouch attached to the butt of the rifle. There is still a short semi-soft line going to the mag, but now it is all self contained on the rifle. The mag is a bit more annoying to reload since the semi-soft line is only so flexible but it is much better over all. I get about 80-100 shots from one cartridge, which is more than enough I need for all day. I always carry an extra cartridge in case I get a leak, or I do a lot of shooting.

Guys, I just want to add on to what Nobarb said about the single shot. Understand that the Madbull charger is intended to fill a single shot rifle grenade with a regulated charge to keep it within field restrictions and give it a uniform shot. It specifically states in red letters NOT ok for gbb's.

I've actually had alot of people ask me about using it in a rig. Well, you'd still have to tap it and while you wouldn't have to buy some of the fitting, you would still need the hose, 12gr container, and tapped mags. The cost would be higher because you're paying $75+shipping for what is essentially a regulator with an ASA to attach a tank.

Nobarb. PM me sometime with your rig details. My instruction guide is a quick and easy for first timers. I've long since moved to more compact (and much more expensive) McMaster Carr fittings. I can give you the serial numbers to order if you need.

This post got me thinking, and so I made a few mods to my rifle this weekend to alleviate the annoyance of having a separate gas rig. Check it out:

If someone knows how to embed a youtube video in bb code, then PM me.

I think you misunderstood the question.
