I just ordered a jg skorpion lastnight and I was wondering if there was anything I need to know before or about using it.

It uses a NiCad battery so discharge before recharging.

Yea, use it as it was intended. Don't try using it for long range. I can't tell you how many times I've seen players with skorpions or MP7's try and hit anything past 100' only to get showered with BBs......
Secondly. Have fun. That AEP is a blast to skirmish with in CQB because it is so tiny. You would be the greatest smurf warrior in the history of smurfdom.... I have a Well R2 Skorpian that I used in an indoor CQB recently. Oh my god, did that thing kick butt, I love it.
In an outdoor game, it's not exactly going to reach out and touch someone but I can hit fairly accurately at about 120, 130' but by then the bb's are just kind of floating slowly enough that you can probably dodge them. |
