Trying to model a custom built part for an airsoft rifle in Autocad Inventor, does anybody know the TPI of a standard 14mm thread found on airsoft rifles?

Metric threading are read by pitch. There are three types of thread pitch for larger metric sizes.

Coarse 1.5
Fine 1.25
Extra fine 1.0

Example: A die would read 14mm x 1.25 (Diameter x Pitch)
You can run the die to whatever length of threading you need.

Majority of airsoft threading is either fine, or extra fine, for Sizes Above 8mm.
Sizes 7mm and smaller only have one choice of pitch for each diameter.

Most barrels are 14mm x 1.0mm left hand threads. Some are right hand, but very few. HTH

It may also be written M14x1.25 for that same die.
