I've heard that Propper makes the best BDU's so I looked for something that I would like. Unfortunately I did not find any MARPAT BDU's, whats the deal? Does Propper even make MARPAT BDU's, or could I just not find them cuz my Googling skillz suck?

Yes propper makes the army combat uniforms...ACU...but not marpat like the USMC type( They may make them for the USMC but not for the public)....Try tru spec they make marpat virtually identical to the USMC issue pattern but without the USMC eagle, globe, and anchor so go to Google and type Tru spec some web stores should come up..... hope that helps.

Propper makes the real deal marpat, but it's only available to the USMC. If you ever come across a Propper pair, it'll have a tag sewn into it saying "Made expressly for the United States Marine Corps" and have the EGA symbol above it. It'll also have the EGA throughout the pattern. There's another company that makes marpat for the USMC, but I forget what it's called. It has American in the name though.
EDIT- forgot to mention, if you want some, eBay's your best chance to get some, albeit it'll be used.

Don't buy anything made by Tru-Spec if you can help it. They will fade horribly after a couple washes.

My Tru-Spec tigerstripe has lasted almost a year and I wash it after every skirmish. On the other hand, I have seen very bad fading of some reproduction Marpat owned by a teammate. I don't know what manufacturer he has.

Unless you can see the Propper tag in the blouse and the EGA on the left breast pocket....

I bought my marpat on ebay. just remember, they will say if it is real marpat. if they never blatantly say it is genuine, then it's
tru-crap knockoff.
