Im looking for a extremly accurate and powerfull gas sniper for a cheap price and came accross this.

Ive done some research but wanted some final opinions before I purchased. Will this be accurate with .30s? and what gas should I use? Im almost 100% positive that I should use green but I wanted some final opinions.

Powerful? Very. Accurate? Not enough for a sniper. However I belive that that can be fixed simply with a long tightbore and possibly a new hop-up.

It's great if you're just looking to snipe at targets just for the sake of it. But for the true feel of a rifle shooter, then I would highly recommend the KJ M700, if you're on a tight budget. Way more powerful than a Mk1, more upgradeability and way more durable.
