Hello, I am lukerichard, more commonly known as lrich around here. For everyone who wonders, I forgot to capitalize the l, so I am commonly mistaken as Irich. That works if you use my middle name though, but that is another story.
I haven't been airsofting that long (about a year since I seriously got into it, although for about 3-4 years passively), although I have been shooting real steels for a long time (.22's since I was 3, with a little help from a benchrest and my dad of course). I do lots of work with machines, and have a good knowledge of machining airsofty things, give me a shout. My current projects (postponed due to school) are a Browning automatic rifle, then an m1928 Thompson, then a gbb Sten, and possibly an m79. Now onto my pros and cons, to keep it easy and simple (and stole the idea from Opsic). Pros: I have a good knowledge of the v3, the v6 and the v7, as well as spring shotgun internals. I currently own all these gearboxes, and have taken them apart and worked on them. I also have worked on a sniper rifle, but I completely broke it and rebuilt it the internals, so I don't think that counts. I make custom stuff, and may have a way for you to solve a problem without spending a lot of money to buy something. I personally don't buy anything if I can make it I love helping people trying to make custom AEG's, and really want to make a custom GBB Sten and a g36 for a friend (there is always next summer), and have solved (with the help of milling machines and lathes) various large and small airsoft problems, including making my custom B.A.R. and custom gearbox pieces, so I may know of a way to help you. I love when people work on customizing their guns. I don't discriminate against people who buy cheaper guns, personally I buy cheaper guns, and then work on them. I study tactics like there is no tomorrow (any type) I am friendly Cons: I hate fan people (for example HK guns are sooo great, and the only good guns) I hate people who are high end snobs. (This doesn't mean I don't acknowledge that TM's and the like require less maintenance right away, I hate people who just say "Buy a TM, all clones suck") I can sometimes be a little quick. I take crap from no one -------------------- DE m83+18volts=awesome (smokescreen)
If paypal charges a flat rate of 31 cents and then tacks on a 2 percent fee, do they charge the seller an extra 1.06 cents for receiving 30 cents? |
