I'm a airsofter in northern IL and a senior in high school.
I stated airsofting with springer shotguns back in christmas of 2008 and got my first AEG a TM M16 4 months later. I have been airsofting for about a year. My brother and myself both airsoft, but we have not found any airsofters in our local area so we are traveling 45 min+ for even "pick-up' games. But that's the way it goes. We are looking for guys in the Lake County IL area, looking for milsim.

Though I do not have a lot of expensive gear, I play 3 sports so I have that mentally of playing to win (but of course with airsoft you have to be honest or it ruins the game).
