Hey, I'm interested in purchasing my first Co2 handgun for a secondary weapon, and I have a question. Once a Co2 cartridge is installed in a pistol, will the Co2 leak out of the cartridge after being in the gun for an extended amount of time? I ask this because I'm not sure that I will be using my side arm during certain airsoft events and there for if I put a Co2 cartridge in the gun, but never used it that day, would the Co2 hold in the gun until the next event maybe two-three weeks later?

It really depends. Yes they will all leak to an extent, but what I've found, is that the ones that have the cartridge in the gun, as opposed to the mag, leak much slower. I've used one gun for two or three games that were about that far apart. The co2 is also extremely cheap. So it's not like the co2 leaking out is going to cost you that much.
