Open vs Closed bolt

So whats the difference? Is a KWA MP9 a closed or open?

Seriously, you could have just found out for yourself instead of waiting for and if someone will answer you. MP9 is closed. And don't confuse this with WE's own definition of "open" and "closed" bolt systems as those are just names to differentiate their products apart.

Just remember though, if people call a WE brand gbbr "open bolt" it's not actually open bolt. Both models are closed bolt, the difference is that the "open bolt" version doesn't have a brass tube in the chamber.
