If I had a dolar for everytime I saw a poll for your favorite military branch, I would by my soul back.

I really don't know, they all are pretty cool.

I do like the coast guard even though like weegee said they are now homeland security. The amount of area they have watch over is a lot...

I don't like the National guard. 1 of their recruiters came to our high school (to try to get seinors to join the guard after they finish). He came over to our table (all freshman) and asked sum stuff about us. Then he promised to bring us a pizza and he hasn't been back since! Who wants to join a group that denies people their pizza!!!!!!

IDF SF GAME ON!

The same active duty AF/SF that I had to pull out of a hatch cause the gunner loaded his ammo upside down in his 240 and jammed it up in the middle of a firefight? The same SF that missed three separate simulated car bombs at the ECP at Dix that were 155 rounds? The same SF that I got close enough to on a lighted ECP that I stabbed two of them with a rubber knife, and blew up their CP which I ran to 50 yards inside the wire dressed in a towel with a barrel under my arm while 12 of them watched?

National Guard might be two days a month, but at least we do it well.

I'm in the army, and in Iraq. I have been in most of the units you wish to emulate. I have operated and am familiar with most military arms of the world. Yes, I was with SF, I sat on a base and ran wires and radios for them. I am on my third combat deployment (well, this one's an office jockey). When I post something as fact, it may safely be assumed as such since I have been in airsoft almost 9 years now, and I always deliniate between fact and educated guessing. If I seem harsh it's probably because somebody said something innane that had to be stricken from the record. That is all.

ugoslavia, late 90's. A Russian VDV peacekeeper is chilling on top of a hill when a platoon of US Marines is passing by. He yells at them: "Hey ladies, I bet I could take any three of you!" and vanishes behind the hill. The American sergeant wants to teach the obnoxious Russian a lesson and sends three of the biggest meanest marines in the platoon. They go behind the hill, some violent struggle is heard then the same Russian shows up on top of the hill and yells again: "Told ya! I bet I can take your whole platoon you censored2.gif!". The US Sergeant is outraged and commands his entire platoon to go and get him the Russian's head. The Marines charge and soon disappear behind the hill. More violent struggle is heard, then a single the American, badly messed up, emerges crawling from behind the hill and screams: "Sarge, call for backup immediately, it's an ambush! There's TWO of them there!"
:D all in good fun!
