I have a Madbull chrono which I bought off of someone on here and it didn't come with any instructions.

So I have this old tripod (have a nice new one) and I went to go screw the base plate on and it only screwed in like one turn.

My question is what do I use to attach this chrono too? Is there any other options besides a tripod?

P.S. Sorry to post this again I thought I'd get more response here

Thanks

If you have an early model with no tripod bayonet mount.  Take the tripod plate...cover the bayonet screw or just remove the plate all together and get nice thick rubber bands and "bungee" it on...simple really.

I rather use a "nightmare" that shoots like a dream over something that looks like a "dream" but shoots like a nightmare.

Don't fear the gun...fear the one that's wielding it!

Mine has the hole mount it just doesn't fit tight.  It barely turns one thread from the screw on the plate.

I've seen video's of people using chrono's on tripods but not sure why mine doesn't fit.

Bayonet is not compatible or you have an old tip broken off in the hole, perhaps?

I guess it's not compatible because I tried the 2nd tripod.

I'll figure something out

I tried some Teflon spray in the threads to see if that would work but it still didn't.

I might use rubber bands or some Velcro strips might work
