Hello all,

I am new to airsoft I have been playing for about a month now. I have tested out a few guns but found that  I always ended up pushing to the front.

I liked the feel of the M4 but I wouldn't mind having something similar.

I will be playing field and some cqc. but mostly field.

It's time to order my own gun but I need some advice on which eag would be recommended within a $350-400'ish budget. (for the gun only)

At the fields I play the fps limits are 400 and 425 so the gun should be at least around 400 fps.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

With that budget you have many options.

Krytac is good as well as Asian G&P's, not Evike G&P's.

Avalon's by VFC are also pretty decent along with VFC AEG's.

This is all for "AR/M4" Type AEG's

But, being that we all shoot the 6mm ball what the AEG looks like and feels like to you is more important...so, what catches your eye?

I rather use a "nightmare" that shoots like a dream over something that looks like a "dream" but shoots like a nightmare.

Don't fear the gun...fear the one that's wielding it!

I've looked at the brands and I have a few choices. out of these what would you recommend for reliability/performance? I'm trying to buy a gun that will last me at least a few years with minimum to no repairs.
