Im making a new thread beacuse the old one (Old one) was getting really long. So post away my friends (pictures of my AUG soon to come)

Edited by DM Hackle: Please no AEG's bolt action sniper rifles only. AEG's except psg-1's and svd's are DMR's.

I'm finished with sniping for now, but here is my G3 from the days it was a sniper rifle:

I don't feel like listing every part, so ill just stick with the important ones:

Capable of fielding an SP170 no problems
Systema Super Torque Helicals
Deep Fire Full Tooth Titanium Piston
Systema Super Torque Motor
Fitted with a Systema FTK
469mm 6.04mm Tightbore
Parallel Mosfets thermal epoxy'd to metal body
10.8 2200mah or 9.6 3300 mah battery
Deans Connectors
Low resistance wiring, etc.

But...its a machine gun now a-cool.gif

Hey I shoot out the bathroom as well.
You never happened to fire the 170spring in full auto did you? The mosfet and the 10.8v battery lets me do it with a Sp150. Still maintains a decent ROF. Great for leveling brush/popcans :)

Yup, the bathroom is the best spot to shoot out of (upstairs bathroom window).

Anyways, the mosfets allow great current efficiency, along with the low resistance copper wiring and deans. But....I havnt shot full auto. SP150 is definately a different story than SP170. I don't have a billet aluminum gearbox, so im afraid that on auto the v2 will crack eventually. Now I have an SP120 and the gun is primarily for spitting out as many rounds as possible. The ROF is insane on my new setup.

I bet.
The reason im asking about the full auto, is a guy in my home forum is trying to get his ICS m4 to shoot a m170 in full auto. He has a mini 9.6v battery and those phoenix gears. He already broke those gears. I said that geting a full stock, a large 10.8v battery, leting me put a IRF 1404 mosfet in there, and prometheus triple torque gears would do the trick.

Was just seeing if you did or not. But you were smart and Did Not a-thumbsup.gif

I wouldnt use the 10.8, that is just asking too much out of your motor (sp170 and 10.8? common). A 9.6 large will be fine. Also you can change the cam alignment to have the spring fully cocked all the time, like on the psg-1. I would highly suggest changing the cam alignment, as you will get get a much more responsive trigger. A mini 9.6 will never pull that spring, never in the world, don't even think of it. And phoenix gears are horrible as well. And...he'll never get far with that setup if he uses that stock ICS box, it will break very soon. You need a gun with a reinforced box at the minimum, and a billet box is better. Also, the deep fire titanium is hard on the gears, but not so much at low ROF and high torque, they actually excel there. So...try that too.

Sorry if I'm reviving an old thread, but I wanted to post my friend's conversion kit for the M700. It converts your plain old M700 into an Ultima Ratio sniper rifle. I'm being tempted to buy one for my own M700. Best ting about it is he makes them in his workshop.

You probably wouldn't believe it, but converted to dollars it would cost roughly $120. At least that's his price for my team. It will be higher, depending.
