  1. I made space for a lipo by taking out the safety mechanism, battery push out lever, and original electric battery contact unit. Sorry, IDK what the actual names of the parts are. I wired the original wires with micro dean connectors. Now the bb's are mis feeding 80% of the time. It goes down to 20% if I push up on the magazine a little. When left alone the magazine is flush with the bottom of the pistol grip, looks the same before my little mod. adventure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
  2. Couldn't find anything definitive on the web so I brought my cyma 030 and KSC G23f to Bass PRO Shop to try the Blackhawk Serpa's ($31.99). The CYMA 030 fits PERFECTLY into the Serpa for "GLOCK 20/21/S&W/M&P " which is normally for the .45 Glocks. The Cyma 030 was extremely TIGHT in the Serpa made for the GLOCK 19/23/32/36. Bottom line: If you are looking for a Serpa for your CYMA 030 without having to modify anything get the model fitted for a Glock 20/21. FYI the KSC G23F and real steel G23 will rattle around in the Glock 20/21... serpa, but fit perfectly into the GLOCK 19/23/32/36 serpa
  3. Thanks for all the info. I'm going to try putting some hotglue on top of the hop up arm first.
  4. Any suggestions on how to get more downward pressure on a G36C hopup? I installed shredder's concave spacer and I can't get my shots to over hop at all. I like to adjust my shots so that there is a slight curve up at the end of trajectory. The unsatifsfactory solution I've tried so far is to cut a regular hopup rubber spacer in half and place that ontop of the concave spacer. But it's hard to cut the rubber spacer evenly so it's uneven in its position and the pressure it exerts. Thanks
  5. $15 to play. You can use your own bb's. BASIC FAQ's: http://www.meetup.com/galtfield/messages/b.../thread/6593681
  6. Looking to buy a JG G36C pistol Grip complete with internal and external selector switches and "gears" (not the selector plate on the GB). One that I can just drop a gearbox into and be able to switch to and from safety, semi, and full auto. Here's a picture of a pistol grip I need. http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/2482/guide59605hv.jpg I don't need the thingy in the green square or the gearbox. I can send $ via paypal. Thank you, Sam
  7. Here's a picture of the black part, although it is white in this picture. You can see it near the back of the gearbox. http://www.airsoftgi.com/images/pic-004-jg-e1-v3-grbx.jpg
  8. Thanks for the explaination for the bolt release. Yes, the C-clip is vital for proper function. Where can one buy one without having to buy a whole hop up unit?
  9. Is there anywhere I can buy just this "C ring" which locks the hop unit to the barrel on a G36C: http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/5347/g36guide0322sj.jpg Also, what exactly does this part do? (I like to call it the "oh I forgot to put it in again, I'll wait till the next time I take the gun apart to put it back on" part) http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/6435/guide61628gt.jpg thank you, sam
  10. Having used the Thunder B Hakkotsu grenade I can say that it is very loud in enclosed spaces. In a 20 x 20 room with big open windows and no roof, it left ears ringing. This allowed 1-2.5 seconds of disorientation. In a totally enclosed room, it would be EXTREMELY loud. I wouldn't even use indoors unless everyone knew ahead of time how loud it was and agreed to its use. Outdoors in the open the effective bang area for distraction would be aprox. 12ft. for most people.
  11. http://www.meetup.com/galtfield FYI They're open on Sundays now.
  12. Couldn't find it there or ebairsoft when searching "g36c" and "motorcage" If you see one please post the link. Thanks
  13. Where can one buy a non JG/ECHO1 motorcage for a G36C? Thanks.
  14. These guys are just starting out: their 2nd Exhibition game is slated for August 8. Check it out and give them your input. http://modestocqb.com/
