  1. looks pretty good you should easily get 180 feet and depending on how good your compression is 410 fps is an accurate guess
  2. getting metal bushings isnt important now because your not upgrading anyhting in the gearbox I don't know much about the battery that comes with it but I would say get the battery and tighbore barrel at the same time then I would get the red dot scope and maybe a new hop up bucking. you probly don't need to get a whole new metal chamber you probly don't need another highcap either unless you shoot ALOT get a low cap later if you want

  4. looks to me like the the only difference is a longer front assembly and different flashhider I have never seen that kindof a front assembly though
  5. my friends and I are in the delafield, waukesha area. I think thats only about an hour or less away from racine. I don't know how interested my friends would be in airsofting with you guys but we pretty much have exactly the same situation that you have. all of my friends that are seriously into airsoft have high end aeg's or gas rifles. (thats about 8-10 people) and we arisoft in each others private yards. in wooded areas.
  6. your gun will work if you just get a new spring but some other good things to get are piston and metal bushings (if you don't have them already)
  7. just about any good airsoft site will have version 3 parts and parts for AUGs
  8. I would go with a gaurder sp 120 its a little stronger than a normal m120 spring so it should get you closer to the 400 fps range. I think an m130 might be too strong
  9. sounds like there is an electrical connection problem I don't know how experienced you are with taking your gun apart but the first place I would look is in the motor grip. take the motor plate off and make sure both the wires are connected to the motor. if that doesnt work check any other place where the wires connect to something
  10. I have heard that that gun is pretty complicated and hard to get back togather because there are so many extra parts so maybe you would be better off getting it pre upgraded but I have no experience with evikes upgrades, maybe look around to see if anyone else sells it preupgraded
  11. yes putting the gearbox togather your first couple times can be very frusterating ( it was for me) because so many things have to line up but after a while you should the hang of it and it will be easier
  12. are you sure it didnt come that way I would put it back in the gearbox and shoot to see how bad the compression is and then decide what to do
  13. ya its probly the hopup makes sure its in there straight or it could be as simple as the wind moving your bbs
  14. are you saying that you want to turn this gun into a DMR? if you are then there is a lot of upgrading and money involved in doing that so something doesnt break
  15. the shorter pole on the latch should go in the side of the gearbox you have in the picture you also put the circle part of the spring on the shorter pole. the straight part of the spring rests on the gearbox shell and the bent part of the spring should wrap aroung the latch then when you put the latch in take the bevel gear (first gear) out first because the latch rests under that gear put the short end of the latch in the hole to the left of the bevel gear now you can put the bevel gear back in and you should have to spin the latch clockwise a little (you should feel a little resistance from the spring if you put it on right) to put the bevel gear in let go of the latch and it should rest on the underside of the bevel gear (it might put your gear off balence and this is normal)
