  1. I'm downsizing/cleaning out my airsoft collection, so here is what I have to sell. Everything is in GREAT shape and has not been abused. I have them in my barracks room, so they've been in a smoke/pet free environment. Rules for this sale: #1 - You don't talk about Fight Club #2 - I'm serious about rule # 1 I ONLY accept Paypal. Please do NOT send payment as a gift. I am NOT interested in trades, so please do not inquire. Serious offers only please. I will not entertain lowballers. Shipping will be $10 I will purchase insurance on the amount of your total order. Cash is king and I will not reserve an item for anyone. Please act like an adult and be professional. 1. WE M&P 9 - SOLD 2. WE G17 w/ 3 magazines - $130 Same with the M&P, this is BRAND NEW and I haven't used this GBB once. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm320/rhurtado86/20151017_102149_zpsh8ye0lay.jpg 3. KJW M9 - $75 I picked this up playing in Germany. The small pentagon with an "F" marking is a requirement to play out here. This item is USED, but works like a champ. 4. Condor LCS Plate Carrier in OD Green - $45 This is BRAND NEW with the tag still attached to the carrier. 5. Shellback Tactical Banshee Plate Carrier - $120 This plate carrier has been lightly USED, but is still in GREAT shape. It comes with the cumberbun and the side clip attachments.
  2. For that price range, you might be able to find a used Shellback Tactical Banshee plate carrier. You can go with the repro JPCs for about $70. If that's too much, look into the Condor Sentry plate carrier.
  3. I'm a huge proponent of using LiPo batteries because of their price and performance. If you're worried about having too much electricity going through your AEG, just get a 7.4V lipo; that will be closer to at 9.6V NiMh battery in terms of performance. You can get an inexpensive charger that does the job for about $10 on Hobby King. I personally have the following and have had ZERO issues. Charger: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=21044 Power Supply for Charger: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=11758 Battery for PEQ box: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=9493 Consistency is the key with airsoft and I'd look into getting a new hop up, bucking, and possibly a tightbore. Hop-Up: http://www.evike.com/products/40058/ Bucking: http://www.evike.com/products/44812/ Tightbore: you decide on that one I think you best bet for upgrading your gun is to shim your gearbox CORRECTLY. I can't stress that enough. I've used all of the parts that I've listed and I love how my AEG shoots. Do your research and spend your money on upgrades that increase the durability and consistency of the AEG..
  4. This is friggin' awesome and good work. It's nice seeing innovation in airsoft. You can also use door alarms to secure an area in a CQB environment as well, especially if you're holding a large building. This only works for doors, but the principle is similar. I've seen that used at bigger airsoft games and I have one or two in my kit because of that experience.
  5. Bahahahahah!!!! This chick has the second most comments on the first page (second only to the designer). I wonder why????

What's up Ginyanma? Welcome to the forum and the best way to learn about airsoft is to get out and play. Search the forum for AEGs and gear, then go and play. If you have questions or need gear, PM me and I'll see what I can find.
  7. If you're worried about price, why not buy a small computer fan from RadioShack, hook that up to a small battery pack, and zip tie that to your goggles now? You can get some ESS goggles for fairly inexpensive and do this to the goggles so they don't fog. That would be my suggestion for you to keep cost down.
  8. How's it going Dutch? I've been playing airsoft for a while now and can honestly tell you that the difference between a CQB (10.5") and rifle (14.5") lenth AEG is the barrel length. Good compression will give you the same distance between the two, especially in a starter AEG. If you plan on playing indoors, go with the CQB for mobility. Aside from that, they're both similar. With that being said, we still clear houses in the Army with a 14.5" barrel. If you're looking for advice on what to buy, I'd say go with the CQB because you can add a mock suppressor and add in a longer inner barrel if you decide. As far as cheap gear goes, I've always ordered from Evike because of how they've treated me. I've yet to have an issue with them and they have always fixed an issues quickly and with courtesy. If you need gear, I personally have a bunch I'm going to be getting rid of as soon as I'm done with this field problem. I'm trying to clear out my inventory, so I'm going to sell my stuff for cheap. PM me if you're interested.
  9. Definitely go for it! VFC makes solid products and for that price you'd be crazy not to purchase it.
  10. True, a 509mm barrel isn't a requirement for a dmr in airsoft. Good compression I'd what you need. However, if looks are required for the build then a longer barreled rifle looks much better.
