  1. I KNOW!!! lol. use commas and periods or semi colons or whatever. It took me like 5 minutes to understand what you were saying. I you were speaking like yoda at first. Seriously. anyways, <(notice the COMMA) if you have a little too much hop up on and your gun is slightly tilted in what direction, the bb will curve in that direction. so if your gun was completely sideways, the bb would spin sideways...
  2. thank you parser:) I found out on another thread where to buy a nineball hop up and here is the link http://www.trinityairsoft.com/p-514-hop-up...-by-laylax.aspx
  3. I never did that air brake cut mod. should I, because I don't care all that much about fps
  4. ok thanks, so it makes a big difference in accuracy and range? and thanks for the youtube video link
  5. I got my JG BAR 10 (scope package) a few days ago and was wondering if I should upgrade the hop-up. This is my first sniper rifle so I am hesitant to opening it up and accidentally messing up the new hop-up that I put in so that it the bb's are not dead center and therefore curve one way; as I have read other people have done this. I believe the the JG BAR 10 stock hop-up is also a v-hop (which is the best kind of hop-up) so what is so important about upgrading the hop up to this Fire Fly Namako Hop-Up Bucking. Tomorrow I am planning on zeroing in the scope (from about 100 feet) by taking off those two caps and turning the dials until it is good. I figure that might be enough to make it pretty accurate. P.S. In the process of putting the magazine catch together my DAD somehow lost the tiny little spring :( but I just took one from a mechanical pencil and trimmed it down a little bit and it seems to work fine. I never did any sanding down on the little notch like people on youtube said!(if you did that the magazine might not stay in at all!) At first the mag catch was tight and you couldn't really press down on it (therefore the magazine wouldn't go in), and I figured out all you need to do is loosen that screw (a tiny bit) next to the magazine release button and then it isn't tight anymore and the button seems to work great. I am just a little OCD about losing the spring and not having the exact right one, because mine is a little bigger (but might even fit better), so I was just wondering if I can buy the real spring anywhere. Any advice is good advice, Thanks

  7. yeah I decided to loosen the screws a little bit and that worked and then I just tightened the screws again and it works with it all put together now
  8. I got my bar 10 in the mail yesterday I decided that I would try adjusting the hop up. when I tried to move the metal hop up lever thingy it was kind of stuck and wouldn't move very well at all. Got any suggestions?
  9. I just ordered these bb's a couple of days ago from airsoftgi.com for my JG BAR 10 and was wondering if anybody has used them before and if they are good. Thanks, David
  10. thank you every one for the advice. I went with the bar 10 and got these .28 biodegradable bb's from airsoftgi (my mom made me get biodegradable).
  11. ok thank you for the advice, I probably will end up going with the bar 10, and should I buy .25 bb's for the best accuracy? and where should I buy them?
  12. I can't decide whether to get the JG BAR 10 (scope package) or the Super 9 version 2.5 sniper. I know the super 9 is old, but it has that five shell thing which is sweet. I have heard many good things about the JG BAR 10. I don't think I will be playing to many airsoft battles, but more of just target practice and messing around so I don't care that much about it being a super fast or amazing sniper rifle and I don't think I will upgrade it very much at all... I just want a good airsoft gun out of the box. and the scope that came with the bar 10 looks sweet (it lights up!) but the super 9 is a little cheaper, but is it soooo old. Help me out guys, thanks! David
