I was able to fit a 10.8 in there, but I had to do some work. I removed the fuse and had to cut a piece or two out. And even after all that, I still ended up stripping a wire. Other than that, a 9.6 will fit just fine.

That's a mini, BTW.

But JG internals shouldn't take a 9.6 that well. I'd just go with an 8.4

so you do not recommend the 9.6 for a stock JG

Hawkeye is correct, I was speaking of mini's. My apologies for any confusion!

I use 9.6's in all my stock weapons with no issues. The 10.8 did strip a gear after about 5 months.

definitely go for a 9.6 in a JG or you will get horrible trigger response..

just don't use extended full auto

also, for the G36c handguard, Id recommend a 9.6v nunchuck http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/batteries.htm

look under chain batteries

hope this helps

It was a nunchuck, not a mini..

Ive had an 8.4v mini in my stock Marui G36c, and sadly, the battery was too tight of a fit, which led to the handguard stretching a bit (now, the handguard without the battery wobbles on the gun- when I bought it, it was rock solid)..

I recently used the nunchuck, and I have to say that that's your best bet.

hope this helps
