if the delta ring is based of a real steel delta ring, you can get the majority of the airsoft rails on the market. but if it isnt, you need to get an ICS or JBU rail system that is used with the TM style delta ring. problem with that is that they wobble a lot. I have an ICS m4, and I use an SIR rail system made by angel customs and it is attached to the top rail of my m4. there is no wobble at all.

You can either rewire the m4 to the back into a crane stock, or you can buy a PEQ box (I have a 25 dollar PEQ box by echo 1) where I have a 9.6v battery inside. I actually have a crane stock, but I didnt want to wire it to the back.

If you want to put a full rail system on there, you will either need to run a PEQ box to hold the battery, or rewire the gun to the rear and then use a crane stock or battery bag.

Conversely, you can do what I did when I first started off, and buy this: http://www.airsplat.com/Items/AC-MNT-HGR16S.htm

The attach directly to your handgauards, from which you can then mount a vertical foregrip, like so: http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/index.ph...&p=18309207

I was looking at a magpul handguard, the "MagPul PTS MOE M4 Handguard" Does anyone know if this will fir onto a JG gun? And how can I tell what kind of delta ring I have?

the magpul handguards will fit on you gun with your delta ring, don't worry :)

1. You would need the rifle-length Magpuls. Not the regular carbine or the mid-length.

2. You would need the real-steel style barrel nut/delta ring. Fnd an image on Google of a real-steel AR-15 nut/ring, and see if it looks similar to what you have.

Why would he need a rifle length handguard? If it's an M4A1 he would need the standard 7" carbine length handguard.

It will fit as long as you have a RS style delta ring. You can still fit your battery in the MOE handguards, I have them on my gun and can squeeze in a 1600 mah 9.6 mini.

If you want to add a vertical foregrip, you don't necessarily have to add a rail system. You can purchase a rail that attaches to the stock m4 handgaurd. That way you can keep the stock battery location, while still mounting a grip. Something like this would work. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=4756

The magpul handguard has places for rails to go right? If so could someone link me to the rails that would go on there? Or can accessories mount directly onto the handguard? And thanks guys for the helpful answers. :a-famerican:

Magpul MVG's can mount directly onto moe handguards.
