rear receiver pin will not align with fusion engine in G&P body

Recommended Posts

hello quite like the title says when I placed my polar star fusion engine in my G&P magpul lower it fit quite nicely except for the fact that I cant get the rear receiver pin all the way through. it makes it through the gearbox but hits the lip of the inside of the receiver body and cant come out, its about .5-1mm too low. Now I could just dremel the pin which ill probably do but now im wondering if this will hinder weapon accuracy because if it means that the gearbox is not aligned properly then the air nozzle will also not be properly aligned in hop up. any thoughts?

try moving the GB side to side and pushing the pin at the same time, thats what I have to do

It's not that easy lol I've tried. But thank you. I can easily shaved a bit off the pin if that's what it takes I just want to know if the affects weapon performance?
