Looking for a good springer rifle

Recommended Posts

I am currently looking for a good quality springer rifle. Does anyone know where I might look into purchasing one?? I saw a post on this forum that stated the "Toystar Armalite Variant" was/is a good one, but I'm not getting much in my searches on google. However, I am not brand specific in any way. An M4 style would be preferable, but I'm not stuck there either. I work with youth groups that love to play Airsoft games, but they don't like me using my CO2 powered pistol (which is all I currently have).

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's pretty hard to tell anyone about a good springer to get. Most of them are generally the same quality...But oh well.

http://www.amazon.com/TSD-Sports-Sniper-Ai...799&sr=8-13 That is about one of the best springers you can get.

You should get a Bar-10 on airsoft gi. Then upgraded thats a good way for a more customized sniper.

I agree. I have a Bar10 and through out time have put in $300 and to be honest it is amazing. The average AEG can shoot maybe 200 ft accurately. My Bar 10 will shoot about 300 ft accurately with .43s at 420fps without even aiming up. Also it will give you the best stock option. By that I mean if you just buy it and use it you should be able to play the role of a sniper well, you will have to wait for your shot but it is worth. The only issue is that compared to the L96 the bolt is harder to pull back, however if you work at it you will get used to it. Right now its shooting 600 fps with .30s HOWEVER when I play with friends or at a field I lower the fps. I just use it for shooting targets.

P.S. on large scale games, sniping becomes hard unless you are holding a position. When you are rushing with a spring you will lose that fight 5 times out of 3! (didn't make sense.... I know!)
