It's outside the PC. You can see the straps go over his shoulder and tuck under his arms. If you look closely at the second picture, you can see the bottom of the strap coming back and connecting to the backpack.



Ah, now I see it. I was looking on my phone earlier, and you could only expand the image so much before it started to look crappy. Thanks!
