Quick Bucking Question

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

I was wondering about the bucking and barrel fitment on my gun. People suggested the nine-ball hopup bucking for my KJW M700 so that's what I got. However, the nine-ball bucking is slightly smaller than the standard bucking, so the barrel won't fit. What am I missing here?

This is what I bought

Left: Nine-Ball Bucking. Right: Standard Bucking

Thanks

It's not, supposedly the bucking is however. You do know it's suppose to stretch over the barrel though right? That's what makes a tight air seal. After looking at the picture you posted I don't understand the issue your having as the outer diameter is the same.

This is normal for the Nineball. It takes a little bit of work to get it on properly. Supposedly all VSR buckings are compatible with KJW rifles and vice-versa.

First of all it looks like you have different ends of the bucking showing. I say this because the little nub that keeps the bucking in position on your nineball is towards us while the stock one is facing towards the surface you took the picture on. Make sure you are installing the bucking the right way. Regardless I can personally say that bucking does fit as I just installed a 9ball on my kjw last week.
