First off all you sniper guys lol... I feel like DM is a truly what all "snipers" really are considering you can make an M16 or any other gun a "sniper" with the right upgrades. Also a 6mm pelet can't really fly all the far even at hevier weights. Just sayin... Anyways I appreciate people who go out with single or semi snipers and try.

Recon/ Team Leader- Being the first out the gates is fun and people usually look towards me when bb's start flying and we are getting our :censored2:e$ kicked.

im a mix of assault recon and CQB. cus really CQB isnt rushing to be exact CQB actually means close quarters battle so if your recon and like 7 dudes jump out at you of course your gonna shoot em all down and then rush to gtfo there

Special Weapons and Stealth Specialist.

I don't think I know where that fits.

I can out range most people using Nerf rocket shots; hunt down teams with double barrel M203; lay ambush with remote M203s; breach through entryways with an assortment of impact grenades, etc.

I'm fast and always get better at moving, hiding, placing airsoft booby traps under people's noses, etc.

I'm sometimes the surprise runner leading a team in a firefight. Pack a longer-range P90 and twin auto pistols in addition to my special arsenal.

I tried the whole stealth thing, but I could never keep my cool. currently I like to make fast, loud, and distracting breaks in the opposite direction that our stealth flanker person or people are going. Sometimes if its well coordinated, the flank force gets a good drop on the other team and I don't just get lit up.

Often times, however...

ya, I suck at airsoft.

Usually at the field I played at the two teams would square off at max range trying to float their BBs magically to the other side; I'm always the guy trying to figure out how to take the fight to the enemy. Usually it involves alot of movement under direct fire - I usually end up covered in mud, while all the primadonnas who are afraid to get dirt on their pantac vests stand in the open outside of their engagement range hoping that a gust of wind will pick their BB's up far enough to hit the guys on the other side doing the same thing.

This is such an ego-stroking thread, it's not even funny. My turn now, haha.

I'm a mix of Squad Leader and Assault. Just because I've been playing long enough to be able to give orders, but I also don't sit around and lead from the rear.

I usually take a small flanking squad away from our main squad, and work in conjunction the main group and the "real" squad leader.

When we're dealing with objectives I also usually take up Security. F*cking HATE being snuck up upon, so I do my best not to let it happen, while the other guys defuse the bomb or whatever.

I play either spotter or assault, depending on what my team feels like doing. When I'm spotting and my buddy keeps missing shots, I go ahead and play sniper. Otherwise, I pick off the closer targets for him, or I go up front and spray at people.

Machine Gunner; I'm one of the only ones on my squad willing enough to work with an MG36 and shower 2k-4k bb's per match. Everyone else wants to either be a sniper, or use semi-auto or 3rd bursts out of their M4s or G36's so I get the fun of screaming "Git Sum!" and hosing people down.

I'm a sniper. it fits me best anyway. very accurate shot, but not a fast shot meaning I don't rush or do close range. I take my time and I don't miss (unless due to the limitation of my airsoft gun)

I have done rushing/close range, I do it pretty well but I don't like it. it feels like I'm gonna have a heart attack being in that kind of close range environment.

I like to hang back and take my time. Laid back, calm style of play.

I also like to peg people in the head. looks like they almost shat themselves when out of nowhere a BB bounced off their face/eye protection. dead center, right between the eyes. I find that really funny.

Well, the role I have taken in many games is that of a tactical assasin. I use the most accurate gun I have, and snipe. I usually hang back because I am generally the weakest link of the team in close range combat. I have at times carried around a barrier (Once a lawn chair, LOL) to deflect enemy fire and make a firm position for sneaking up when the enemy is not paying attention. Not terribly effective against highly mobile targets, but it works to attack a base or to assist some teammates that are pinned down.

By the way, I am hoping to get a Snow Wolf M24, but if anyone knows something better that isn't more than $20 more (than $120) you can suggest it.

I'm playing between first and second raw of attack, doing "counter sniping" stuff.

I can assist the assault from extended range or be asked to remove an ennemy sniper or not :)

I hate running and I'm very bad in recon roles

I'm usually a doorkicker and strategist. I'm pretty good at hiding and defending a position as well. So I'd say special forces.

Don't see how that makes you "special forces"...fast roped out of any helicopters lately? Waterborne assaults? Hostage rescue missions? But I digress.

I am an assault rifleman through and through. I usually stick with semi auto unless I am going for a mag dump kill against someone who is behind a lot of brush or not calling hits (BBs are then directed towards the face area). I am also usually a fireteam leader as well, directing 1-5 other players. I have commanded a unit of 40 players before and that was definitely not for me! We secured a tie, but it was very stressful and frustrating to micromanage squads that could not be counted on to complete an objective.
