Both of those models are LPEGs in which they are very low-performing, low-cost, and use proprietary parts. It's not good for getting serious into the hobby as they will be outperformed and outlasted by more AEGs in the > $120 range.

Don't use LPEGs for a real field unless you want to get laughed at out the door. Those guns you have listed will break very easily. You will have to get $100+ guns to compete with people at your local field. For CQB, get something closer to this > http://www.airsoftmegastore.com/10030-ank-m4-cqb-stubby-airsoft-aeg-rifle-w-mock-suppressor-ank-cqb03.aspx

sebash got ya, if you wanna get serious into the sport get a cm048. Also I covered why you don't really need accessories on a gun, iron sights work and the other stuff just adds weight lol. Also if your not comfortable with handling a full size ak which is almost 8 pounds get a 74u, its what I ran with for a while and I can attest to their feel. It has real wood, its cheap and the wood can be stained if you don't like the color, just ask your dad to go to home depot and probably look up a guide on it.
