Your gun should not lose a significant amount of power over a month. You likely stored the gun with the spring compressed, which will kill your fps. That is why people say you should fire once or twice in semi-auto before you put your gun away. It gets the piston/spring in a generally uncompressed state so as to not reduce the fps of the gun. At this point, you would need a new spring for the gun.

Dupont Teflon lube would be fine for the gun.

Make sure you have metric hex keys, as a lot of people make the mistake of trying to use most SAE sizes with metric hex screws, leading to stripping.

Ok question along the same lines I never shoot my gun full auto im just more into simi fire now I have shot it few times that way but mostly simi does the fire twice still apply?

Sure. Fire once or twice. That will take care of clearing the chamber (assuming you do that in a safe direction), and likely will get your piston closer to forward position.

It's not a huge thing to worry about. At the end of the day, clear the chamber and you're pretty much done. It's a habit for me now.
